Wow! @TurkishAirlines customer service representative just hung up on me! It is an extremely disorganized company. Have called them 4 times to schedule a flight for my Mom on her open ticket. I am not flying them ever again.

I am listening to Dr. Hill's testimony and feeling so embarrassed about my home country. I hope the Russian government can finally focus on improving the quality of life of their population and stop thinking about their global ego.
