What compels a soldier to pick up arms, ready to die for their country? Love for the country, or hatred for its opposition?

Flood the path with light, turn our eyes to where the skies are full of promise; tune our hearts to brave music. Quicken our spirits that we may be able to encourage the souls of all who journey with us on the road of life.

If you want to perform at the highest rungs in life, you, first of all, must reach the epiphany that virtue can be learnt through practice. You do not have to believe that 'service to humanity is the best work of life' before you test your mettle

In our ever changing world so full of what is wonderful, help us, O God, to accept with gratitude all that gladdens us, and to accept with fortitude all that brings us grief.

Amen

Tomorrow we will run faster. Sauntering forward with the assurance of a sleepwalker, we will stretch out our arms farther; so we beat on still, boats against the current, trusting that one day we will become like mosaics of inspiration and that everything good will come. Why not?

Always keep in mind that you do not know me. You only know, and like, or hate the idea you have of me

Thankful I didn't use such terrible English as 'be going' as a child

Truth is that as far as being a giant of science goes, Isaac Newton places far above Einstein or anyone else for that matter, dude, in fact, dealt the most modest card in history when he claimed to have stood on the shoulders of giants. Einstein remains my nigga anyways
