Some folks only feel comfortable discussing ethics when it doesn't affect their bottom line. For the record, ethics are necessary, but I don't trust a for-profit organization to police my ethics. I'm quite capable of doing that on my own.

Dear @JoeBiden and @KamalaHarris with a stroke of the pen you can end systematic racism, or deal it a serious blow by making it unlawful for private companies to include "race" as a field on application forms. This practice leads to more bias and discrimination than any other.
