Lean into fear. Get comfortable with being uncomfortable. Chase new experiences.

Every young entrepreneur needs to remember:

If you don't feel like you have enough "credible" experience: Who cares.

If you feel nervous or scared to start: Do it anyway.

If you don't feel quite ready to get going: Don't wait. Jump in. Learn and Grow fast.

If you're CURIOUS you're going to learn, if you LEARN you're going to build, when you BUILD do it with intentionality, when you INTENTIONALLY build be authentic in the way you do it

and when you do all that with a great ATTITUDE and good EFFORT

A coach is someone that knows how to ask the right questions.

A coach creates the space for someone to:

-take a step back
-get perspective

so they can take a step forward.

When you're discussing a problem that has come up in the business, make it known to your team members that you aren’t attacking their competency. You’re attacking the problem together.

As much as we would love for life, projects, and work to go as planned, that's rarely going to happen. And that is OKAY.

Stop thinking and start doing.

If you work hard to be a vulnerable and transparent leader, your business will grow exponentially faster. Why? Because people work hard for people that work hard for them.
