When you are ascending to another level you start to feel the shift. Shift in emotions, thoughts, and habits. It’s ok to embrace and feel them all.

It’s not that we are inadequate. It’s the fact we started to believe what others told us we could not do. Defy the odds and prove them wrong.

The next time you see somebody doing something incredible tell them you are proud of them. You would be surprise how often they might not ever hear those words.
