The more people I talk to in cybersecurity, the more I realise that nobody has a clue what they're doing, objectively speaking.

Those were the good old days.

I absolutely hate saying no to all of the public speaking invitations I receive, but it's just not me. Not many people are aware of this, but one of my first hacking offences occurred to avoid giving a presentation to a classroom full of people. It's like my worst nightmare.

If you commit a certain level of crime in the UK, you're basically put on multiple lists and watched for the rest of your life, no matter how much you try to conform. 7 years later and I still require national-security management apparently.

Life After Cybercrime:

If I order a coffee through a drive-through, I could end up going back to prison for 5-years which is actually longer than my 4-year sentence.

I should probably get that resolved before trying to find a job to be honest.

Been a year this month since my release. Still unable to find employment in cybersecurity because of the Serious Crime Prevention Order (SCPO) on me. Good luck to all future iterations of me that go through the system, you're going to need it.

I got permanently banned from Tinder for using it as a platform to promote my blog. Not sure how I feel about this to be honest.

Man, all of these people speculating about the price of cryptocurrency, specifically Bitcoin, as if it's something new drives me insane. Yes, this is what happens all the time and has done so since 2009. The faster something goes up, the faster it comes down.

Been consuming 300-400mg of caffeine on a daily basis for weeks, and I'm starting to feel the impact of it. FML.
